In many black nations, when white workers come in, they are often quickly accommodated with jobs and work visas. But when black workers seek the same opportunities abroad, they face a stark contrast. Even when granted visas, their arrival is framed differently. In the Western world, they are often labeled as immigrants, while white workers may simply be called expatriates. This disparity is not just a difference in language—it’s a reflection of deep inequity.
