Governments maintain strong visual identity through consistency, repetition, and structure
Their symbols, colours, and typography are used the same way across documents, buildings, and communication, like the coat of arm, national flag etc since 1960.
Over time, this repetition makes the identity familiar.
And in your branding, familiarity builds trust and recognition.
