Key Rulings:
​Match Forfeiture: Following an appeal by the Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF), the previous Disciplinary Board decision was set aside.

Senegal is now recorded as having lost the final 3–0 in favor of Morocco under Article 84 of the AFCON Regulations.

​Player Sanctions Reduced: The suspension for Morocco’s Ismaël Saibari was reduced to two matches (with one match suspended), and his $100,000 fine was completely set aside.
