To defeat boko haram long-term, Nigeria needs a triple shift:

From purely military response → to integrated political, economic, and security strategy.

From food handouts → to serious investment in agriculture, jobs, and rural infrastructure in the North-East.

From war as a business → to peace as a better business, by dismantling the war economy and making stability more profitable than chaos.
