International humanitarian law has been breached by the United States during the Iran war, a new report by Amnesty International says.

The US military failed "to take all feasible precautions to avoid civilian harm," the human rights organisation claims.

It also accused American forces of striking a primary school in Iran's southern city of Minab (pictured), where more than 160 people were killed, including children.
