“When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice.” (Prov 29:2)

Authority gives leaders the power to decide, but it is wisdom that determines how those decisions are made.

Use power to serve, not dominate. Wise leaders understand that every decision carries consequences. They pause to evaluate, seek counsel, and consider long-term impact before acting.
