❗️During the investigation the PL board identified 2 sporting sanctions as being potentially appropriate.

• Registration Ban
• Points Deduction

The PL board concluded that a points deduction would not be appropriate due to mitigating circumstances.

Mitigating circumstances also meant Chelsea avoided a 2 window registration ban. But due to self reporting only meant it was a 1 window suspended registration ban.
