Arguments AGAINST raising the requirement (Anti‑Degree)
Opponents say:

Education does not guarantee good leadership (many African presidents with PhDs still perform poorly).

It discriminates against poor Nigerians who lacked access to schooling.

The Constitution was designed to be inclusive, allowing any citizen to aspire to leadership.

Competence ≠ university degree (experience, integrity, and vision matter more).
