How do I explain that Dangote spend $20 billion dollars to build it refinery but Tinubu administration spend $18 billion to revive an existing refineries and the refineries end up not working.

Henry Emeka: Dangote used $20B to build a working refinery from the ground up. Government spent $18B on old refineries that still don’t run. Same scale of money, opposite outcomes. This shows why Nigerians must demand accountability and real progress.
