Charges dropped against teens whose teacher died during a toilet paper prank.

The five teenagers whose teacher died during a fatal practical joke will not be prosecuted over the death, a district attorney in the US state of Georgia has said.

After a fatal toilet paper prank, Hughes’s family sought to drop charges against the teen driver to avoid further tragedy. Moved by their forgiveness, the driver’s lawyer said his client now intends to live a life that honours Hughes’s memory.
