Confront the bully. Bullies often act tough, but their behavior usually hides fear and insecurity. They use intimidation to create a false image of bravery. True courage is not found in threatening others, but in standing firm for what is right. When people refuse to be silent and stand up with confidence and dignity, the illusion of the bully’s power begins to fade.
