Most transport companies think fuel theft is their biggest problem.

Often, it’s not.

The real issue is disconnected data.

Fuel purchases, driver logs, and mileage are tracked separately, so hidden losses remain invisible.

A simple fix:
1️⃣ Track daily odometer readings
2️⃣ Record fuel purchases per vehicle
3️⃣ Compare fuel vs distance travelled

When the numbers don’t match, inefficiency appears.

This is the first step to Operational Intelligence for SMEs.
