Henry Emeka: Respectfully is this real progress or just photoโ€‘ops? Lagos has 15โ€“18M people, yet Nigeria still has about 18M outโ€‘ofโ€‘school children and over 270M globally. A $25M fund is a start, but nowhere near enough for the scale of the crisis. We need sustained investment, not big grammar please
