JUSTICE IS A LEADERSHIP REQUIREMENT

“Act justly.” (Micah 6:8)

Leadership cannot function effectively without justice. Authority that is not guided by fairness eventually loses legitimacy. Influence that ignores justice eventually loses respect.

Justice ensures that decisions are not driven by favoritism, fear, or convenience. It establishes credibility, protects dignity, and creates confidence within those being led.
