🇺🇸U.S. CENTRAL COMMAND CONFIRMS AIRCRAFT CRASH, LAUNCHES RESCUE EFFORTS

U.S. Central Command confirmed a U.S. military refueling aircraft crashed in western Iraq during Operation Epic Fury (the US operation against Iran). The incident involved another aircraft but was not the result of hostile or friendly fire, according to initial statements. A US official told Reuters the crashed aircraft had as many as six service members on board.
