#ESSENCE celebrated its 19th Annual Black Women in Hollywood Awards.

Hosted by Marsai Martin, the attendees and honorees are using this year’s theme “Off Script” to take back ownership over the film and television industry.

Wunmi Mosaku, Zendaya, Kerry Washington, Chase Infiniti, LaTanya Richardson Jackson, Olandria and Zinzi Coogler were some of the many brilliant stars participating in the event, with a Luminary Spotlight for the women of the film #Sinners.
