Legislative "tweaks" won't save our elections. We need a Sixth Alteration to the Constitution.

If we don't move electronic transmission and real-time iRev publishing from the Electoral Act into the Constitution, we are just spinning our wheels. It’s time to make transparency a constitutional right, not an administrative choice.
