Until leadership at the top is fully transparent and accountable, new laws won’t change much. The world is watching how seriously we take reform
Dada Ogbegun: It is actually suppose to be 10 years or more in prison without the option of fine. Because there is no amount of money they are asked to pay that they will not be able to afford as they had stolen enough money from the public covers.
