“Have You Eaten?” 밥 먹었어요?
A Beautiful Korean Habit

When I first came to Korea 🇰🇷 something surprised me.

People didn’t ask “How are you?”

They asked:
“밥 먹었어요?” — “Have you eaten?”

But the meaning is much deeper than food.

It’s actually a way Koreans show care.
