When too much is revealed without boundaries, it can later be used in ways that cause regret. Healthy relationships are built on trust, but trust should grow with time. Being open does not mean telling everything about your life. Protecting some parts of your life shows maturity and self-respect. Choose your words wisely and guard what is personal.
