if federal institutions themselves become this expensive for ordinary Nigerians?

Another painful part is that students are made to pay a mandatory feeding fee, yet many times what they are actually served does not reflect the amount being paid. The quality of the food does not match the cost at all. Students complain, but nothing really changes. So people are asking genuine questions
