EXAMPLE IS GREATER THAN POSITION

“Set an example for believers.” (1 Tim 4:12)

Position may grant authority, but example earns influence. Titles can place a leader in front, but example determines whether people truly follow.

Example removes the gap between words and actions.
When leaders live what they teach, authority becomes natural, respect becomes genuine and influence becomes lasting.
