Consider PBAT situation right now. Trying to deal with the outlawed insurgents, you approved a lot sum and yet your gallant officers got killed in tens. You've tried to prevent that to no avail, yet a Watchdog is on your neck to do something...even if he didn't threaten you directly, you are a living witness to the pills being forced down the throats of known bullies. To think that some assistants are disaster-in-waiting doesn't even help matters
