Val Ozigbo, "the better than every other political candidate" politician said recently, on Simphony TV program, among many rubbish, in qualifying himself; "'I am in APC, but Not of APC" and "I am in the World, but not of the World."
Well, I hope he is not "In Nigeria, but Not of Nigeria."
