In the Business circle in Nigeria, trust is fast eroding between employers and employees.

It is getting more difficult to establish a business and grow it without being fully involved in its day-to-day operations even after years of putting systems in place.

Most employees only care about what they can milk out illegally. This is very worrisome as it seems to be getting worse by the day.
