Emmanuel Analike, CEO of NetNaija movies website, was arraigned yesterday by the Nigerian Copyright Commission at the Federal High Court in Abuja on multiple counts of copyright infringement (possession, reproduction, and distribution of pirated movies/music via the site). He pleaded not guilty and was remanded in Kuje Correctional Centre. Bail ruling is set for March 9.
