Lagos Issues 2026 Land Use Charge Bills, Offers 15% Early Payment Discount

The Lagos State Government has released the 2026 Land Use Charge (LUC) bills, urging property owners to pay early and enjoy a 15% discount.

Authorities also warned that enforcement against 2025 defaulters will begin soon.

According to the Ministry of Finance, revenue from the Land Use Charge helps fund key infrastructure projects across Lagos, including roads, healthcare facilities, schools, security initiatives.
