Good is the desire of every person (soul), but the temper ( who has lost the opportunity to taste it due to pride) suggests various ways a person could willingly forfeit being good, but instead keep chasing shadows until it's too late. Unfortunately, worldly desires cloud the minds. Check these: I play dirty games to remain in power - intimidation, sponsor propaganda, supply ammunition, squander public funds, etc. All these are mundane desires.
