The man in the picture is Hon Ovat Dickson Agbor. He is representing Obubra 1 Constituency in the Cross River State House of Assembly and the woman in the picture is his wife.
He allegedly beat up his wife after accusing her of infidelity. The incident occurred last Saturday.
Sources privy to the matter told yours sincerely that, her husband accused her of drinking and sleeping with other men during a public gathering at the House of Assembly quarters.
