No single individual owns a bank. You can only be the largest holder of shares among many other shareholders.

To Okpebholo, Obi Peter owns Fidelity Bank and because the bank allegedly controls bedc, Obi should now be blamed for their epileptic power services in apc-governed states of Edo, Delta, Ekiti and Ondo under its distribution management - hence, Edo people should not vote for him.
