I commend NAFDAC and the federal government for looking into the havoc caused by alcohol consumption and the need to curb this menace.
But I'm worried about the emphasis on small satchet and pet bottles on the premise of convenience for children to smuggle. Should the fight be against the container/medium of package or against the chain of production and manufacturers?

Chioma Omeje: Most homes in Nigeria have lost the culture of discipline, and as early as age 10, most of these kids have crossed the parental control line. So, if alcohol is produced in bigger containers, these children will still buy alcohol because they are above control.
