The DSS has arrested Udeme Monday Stephen, suspected of being behind the recent attempt to assassinate Mr. Peter Obi, in Benin, the Edo State capital.

This comes after he made a viral tweet 5 days ago, promising to assassinate Peter Obi if he steps foot in Port Harcourt.
