To Rufai Oseni of Arise News, it’s true that President George W. Bush received congressional approval for military action in both Afghanistan (2001) and Iraq (2003), though neither was a formal declaration of war (the last one was in World War II). Regardless, Bush went on an all out war against both countries, but President Trump has not had military boots on the ground neither has he sought to remove the sitting governments in Venezuela and Iran.
