Gov. Alex Otti is a decent man, & has always been. His outburst towards the journo who asked him a valid question proved as humans, we're allowed 5 minutes of madness daily. The governor took his as it is his right. Now he's back to being coherent, I expect he'll apologise to the journo, rise above whatever suspicions he has about the journo's motive & answer the question like the intelligent man he has always been. Again, Alex Otti is a decent man. He'll make it right if he hasn't already.
