Gunmen have kidnapped Mr Francis Igwe, the father of a Former Deputy Governor of Ebonyi State, Dr Kelechi Igwe.

It was gathered that the elderly man was abducted on Sunday morning while on his way to church in his Ndufu-Alike community.
