Trump does not rule out a “friendly takeover” of Cuba

He said the island’s authorities are allegedly in talks with the U.S. amid serious economic troubles. Trump noted that Cuba has “big problems” and suggested the situation could eventually lead to positive changes for its people.

He also said Secretary of State Marco Rubio is working on the issue, calling Cuba a “failing country.”
