Mr Mild, but CRM is for big companies. I'm just a startup. I know all my customers, we chat on WhatsApp.
That's good. But can you track buying patterns? See inactive customers? Measure conversions? Predict revenue?
WhatsApp is communication. CRM is structure.
You don't build systems because you're big.
You build systems to become big.
