I think sometimes why some leaders cannot give a speech without reading it from LONG SPEECHES in NOTES they did not even WRITE by themselves - is, probably because they may not be CONNECTED with what they are even giving a speech about

Can they just talk freely, sometimes, without those THEORETICAL NOTES, and let the speech not be lengthy. Most importantly, let the speech be REAL and CONNECTING
