Parents will be able to monitor their children’s search activity on Instagram

The social network is introducing a new parental control feature: adults will receive notifications if their children search for content related to suicide or self-harm.

Along with the notification, the platform will provide guidance from psychologists. The feature will launch in early March, initially in the US, the UK, Australia, and Canada.
