My landlord agree that i should fix some bad things in my apartment and promised that i should deduct it from my rent.

The total cost of repair is 200k

As a smart person, I gave him a written agreement and he signed it with two witness.

My rent will expire next month and i was supposed to pay him 500k but i deducted the 200k and ask him to send me his account details so i can pay.
The next thing i saw yesterday was Quit Notice.
