Netflix withdrawn from acquisition of Warner Bros

It happened after the studio deemed a competing offer from Paramount more favorable

The streaming company chose not to raise its bid, considering the deal financially unjustified. Netflix had initially offered $82.7 billion, but Paramount soon submitted a higher proposal of $108 billion.
