It is so unfortunate....

We have a long way to go in this country 😭

I worked in a govt agency for 6yrs B4 I got disengaged in 2024 (due to bureaucracy's within the establishment and we are over 300 staffs)
The "so called" retained staff are sending recorded voice notes of a zoom meeting that held this morning to me so I can compile the minutes of the meeting on their behalf 😢. This actually is not the first or second time 😭
You dismiss competent hands and retain the incompetent ones 😔
