While we advocate for serious consequences for false accusations in grape, we must also remember; just because there are no substantial evidence establish a grape case, it doesn't necessarily mean that it didn't occur. It simply means the case lacks merit due to lack of evidence. So unless investigation proves that there is a deliberately, malicious action taken to falsely accuse of grape like the mirabel incident, we can't condemn an accuser simply because he or she could not prove it in court
