How does God give?
Many think God gives in response to thanksgiving.
“When praises go up, blessings come down.”
So thanksgiving becomes transactional.
But God is not a ruler waiting to be hyped before He blesses.
Jesus said:
“Love your enemies… lend, hoping for nothing again… for He is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil.” (Luke 6:35)
God’s giving is not a reaction.
It flows from His goodness.
