There’s a lot of debate about this, so here’s my honest take:
Your university name can open doors.
Your skills determine how far you go.
I’ve seen people from “top” schools struggle because they relied only on the name.
I’ve also seen people from less popular schools create opportunities because they focused on:
Learning practical skills
Building discipline
Showing up consistently
University matters.
But it’s not the full story.
