Dear intentional mum, at a certain age, your question should not be: How do I keep up?

It should be: What will remain when I am no longer the loudest voice and the most visible in the room?

Again let me say clearly, sacrifice should not mean losing yourself.

It means adjusting your pace.

It means redefining success for a season.

It means choosing long-term impact over short-term rewards and applause.
