The Defence Industries Corporation of Nigeria (DICON) and Terra Industries Limited have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a joint venture.
According to statements released by Terra Industries and DICON, the joint venture will operate as a subsidiary of DICON, jointly owned and promoted by DICON and Terra Industries, and duly incorporated in Nigeria. It will also establish advanced production and assembly lines for high-tech equipment.
