So, VDM is claiming he has successfully trademarked “B-Lord.”
Quite an interesting development.
Recall that B-Lord reportedly secured trademark rights over “Ratel.” Now, VDM is said to have trademarked “B-Lord.” That raises a serious question:
Did B-Lord fail to legally protect his own name while moving to protect another brand?
If true,this situation highlights a fundamental principle in intellectual property law, protect your own identity first before seeking to control or challenge another’s.
