Do not fast from food when you re keeping malice, do not go hunger strike when ur eyes is glued to some body else lady's backside/body, rather eat food and fast from malice, adultery and fornication, fastfrom alcohol and smoking fast from all this vices that do not add anything to you and do not glorify God.... choose wisely and seek the face of God in humility and self denial, you can lie to your self but cannot lie to God.
