The four errors in two games which cost Chelsea four points they desperately need.

1. The “missed assignment” (as Rosenior called it) on the corner at the death which Burnley equalised from.
2. The stupid red card which Wesley Fofana picked up earlier in the game.
3. The Moises Caicedo penalty given away against Leeds.
4. The general defensive chaos which led to their second.
